Suzanne Pomeranz (SuzTours) is a graduate of the prestigious Archaeological Seminars Tour Guide School and is licensed as a tour guide by the Israel Ministry of Tourism. Originally from North Carolina, in the United States, Suzanne has lived in Israel since 1981. Over the years, she has come to know the country very well, was associated with the Israel Voluntary Tourist Service and worked as the Jerusalem representative of a major American incoming tour operator. Suzanne guides tours of all kinds all over Israel: private individuals, families, small groups as well as shore excursions from cruise ships and agent-booked bus tours. She has led Christians, Jews, Hindus, Muslims, English-speakers from the United States, England, Australia, South Africa, India, Singapore, Nigeria, Canada and Barbados throughout Israel. "I am passionate about Israel. The history, Biblical connection and cultural identities of people groups which have passed through this amazing place continue to excite me, and I thoroughly enjoy sharing it all with visitors," says Suzanne. Her specialties include several Jerusalem tours: Tour Jerusalem's Old City; Modern Jerusalem's Oldest Neighborhoods; a traditional Christian walk to the Mt. of Olives and Via Dolorosa; and one- and two-day shore excursions from Haifa and Ashdod Ports. She also arranges special tours to Bethlehem and helps to plan and implement custom itineraries.
